The Rotary Club of Dibrugarh proudly celebrated its 61st Charter Night & Past Presidents Night on June 7, 2026. Past Presidents were felicitated with Phoolan Gamusas and Honor Certificates in recognition of their invaluable contributions in building the clubs proud legacy of Service Above Self.
