The Rotary Club of Dibrugarh hosted the first-ever Rotary Leadership Institute (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3) programs in the city recently. Rotarians from Rotary Clubs of Sivasagar, Duliajan, Digboi, Tinsukia, Doomdooma, and Dibrugarh participated in these rigorous training sessions.
